Delivery time
Most orders are dispatched within 1 week, if we cannot dispatch in that timescale it is most unusual for dispatch to be longer than 4 weeks from the date you place your order. If for any reason we anticipate there will be an undue delay we will inform you and you may cancel your order if you wish.

In addition you should note that we only deliver to selected countries.

Tax Charges
All our prices are shown exclusive of 17.5% VAT which will be added at checkout if your address is within the EU.

We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 30 day no quibble guarantee. Items returned for any reason, carriage paid, with the packaging undamaged will be replaced or the full value refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Complaints
We will endeavour to respond to any complaint within 5 working days.

Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 7 working days without giving a reason, this period commences the day after you receive the goods provided no seals have been broken on the packages. You must return the goods post paid and your payment will be refunded in full within 30 days.
