EuroDidact was founded in 1998 by experienced people with many years of experience in developing, manufacturing and sales of instruments for education. The company has continuing growing sales inside and outside the European market. For the end-user we have direct sale to the Scandinavian countries from our web-shop.

Delivery time

Most orders are dispatched within 1 week, if we cannot dispatch in that time scale it is most unusual for dispatch to be longer than 4 weeks from the date you place your order. If for any reason we anticipate there will be an undue delay we will inform you and you may cancel your order if you wish.

In addition, you should note that we only deliver to selected countries.

Tax Charges

All our prices are shown exclusive of 20.0% VAT which will be added at checkout if your address is within the EU.
If your address is outside the UK, and you have at valid VAT, we will deduct the 20.0% VAT from your Invoice.

Complaints

We will endeavour to respond to any complaint within 5 working days.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 7 working days without giving a reason, this period commences the day after you receive the goods provided no seals have been broken on the packages. You must return the goods post paid and your payment will be refunded in full within 30 days.
